This creamy Caesar dressing is quick to prepare (I use store-bought mayo) and tastes fantastic. It’s rich, cheesy and pleasantly tangy from anchovies and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Use it on leafy salads, pasta salads or as a dip for chips, crisps and pizza crusts.

This creamy, tangy dressing is highly addictive. It takes only a few minutes to make and works brilliantly on virtually any salad.
It’s versatile enough to serve as a dip for chips, pizza or chicken wings, adding a lovely cheesy tang to salty, crispy foods.

📋 Ingredients

- Mayonnaise – Full‑fat mayo gives the creamiest result, but lower‑fat varieties work too.
- Anchovy fillets – Use boneless anchovies packed in oil for convenience; mash them into a paste.
- Parmesan – Ready‑grated is fine, or grate fresh for more flavour.
- Worcestershire sauce – Adds brightness and balance to the richness.
- Seasonings – Salt, black pepper, garlic powder and a little Dijon mustard.
- Water – Optional; add a splash to thin the dressing to your preferred consistency.

For a perfectly smooth texture, blend the dressing briefly in a food processor or use an immersion blender.
This dressing is rich, cheesy and clings beautifully to leaves, pasta or roasted vegetables.
